A low temperature, three pass oil/gas boiler with a heating output of 90 -1950 kW. The Vitoplex 200 burns cleanly in an environmentally responsible manner, with particularly low nitrogen oxide emissions. Compact dimensions make it ideal for tighter spaces.

Key Benefits
Comfortable and powerful Vitotronic control
The Vitotronic control system with a large colour touch display allows fast commissioning by means of an assistance function as well as simple operation. Via the integrated LAN interface, the boiler can be directly connected to the Internet for remote monitoring. The Vitosoft 300 service tool communicates directly via WLAN. Energy consumption can be easily viewed via the control energy cockpit.
Suitable for many different burners
The compact Vitoplex 200 steel boiler is available in three models from 90 to 1950 kW.
Two-stage Vitoflame 100 pressure-jet burners are factory-fitted for the relevant fuel type (oil up to 270 kW, gas up to 200 kW), adjusted to the boiler output and tested at operating temperature.
For outputs over 270 kW, burners from ELCO and Weishaupt come fully adjusted and wired.
Over its entire output range, the three-pass boiler burns cleanly in an environmentally responsible manner, with particularly low nitrogen oxide emissions.
A neat fit even when space is tight
The compact three-pass boiler up to 350 kW fits through any standard doorway (80 cm), making handling much easier.
The Vitoplex 200 three-pass boiler saves space whilst the walk-on boiler cover (from 700 kW) ensures easier installation and maintenance.
Economical operation of the heating system is ensured by the digital Vitotronic control unit.
